Jay Jay Okocha celebrates his wife's 40th birthday, buys her a mercedes G-wagon.

Ex-Super Eagles dynamo Austin Jay Jay Okocha threw a lavish birthday party for his wife Nkechi Okocha on saturday,which took place at the main hall of the civic centre, where he also presented her with a beautiful white Mercedes Benz G-Wagon.

Artiste's like kaycee,wizkid,banky w,and others were present at the party.Banky w also performed a duet with Okocha's eldest sister.

                                   

Nigerians Top Forbes' AFRICAN PERSON OF THE YEAR shortlist.

Nigerians have dominated the 2013 Forbes' African Person of the Year shortlist.

In Forbes African page,Forbes announced that it had narrowed down the shortlist of African Person of the Year,with Nigerians dominating the list.   The award ceremony will take place in Nairobi,Kenya at the beginning of December this year.
There is also an official page for voting to take place for individuals to choose their choice for the African Person of the Year.
This award celebrates the individual who has had the most influence on events of the year gone by.

The shortlist comprises of three Nigerians,one South African and one Zimbabwean. The list is as follows:

     1)             South African mining magnate,Patrice Motsepe,plans on giving away more than half his fortune over the next five years.

     2) Akinwunmi Adesina is Nigeria's Minister of Agriculture and his vision is to make Nigeria  a self- sustaining food producing nation and register 20 million farmers by 2015.



3)Aliko Dangote is Africa's richest man and his net worth has significantly increased on the back of his continued business success, allowing him to better the lives of millions.

4)Strive Masiyiwa is the founder of Global telecoms group,econnet wirelesS,and  through capernaum Trust he educates tens of thousands of Zimbabwean orphans.

5)Jim  Ovia established Zenith bank Group in 1990- now West Africa's second

Largest financial services provider.His focus has turned to helping grow Africa's budding ' techpreneurs'.

These men are definitely worthy to be on the shortlist though many 

have argued that the likes of Tinubu, Faruak and Stella Oduah should be on the list.

Graff diamonds:world's most expensive hair.

         Graff diamonds recently launched the "hair and jewel" campaign to mark Laurence Graff's 60 years success in the diamond jewellery industry.  
 Graff first created the "hair and jewel" in 1970 with about 1 million  dollars worth of diamonds.          This recreation  features  22 jewellery pieces  and other rare and valuable diamonds. The diamond pieces combined in the hair is valued at a whooping half a billion dollars stated in a press conference by the company.  This includes a pair of 51.53 carats and 50.67 carats of D-colour earrings,type ||A heart shaped diamonds and a pair of jewellery crafted from the 550-carat Letseng Star,the 14th largest white rough diamond ever discovered.                          


This recreation marks an important Milestone in Graff diamonds  and the opening of its 40th store globally.
